You may cancel your service request within 24 hours of making the initial payment for a full refund, provided that work on the project has not yet commenced. Once work has started, costs incurred (such as research, media planning, or initial strategy development) will be deducted from any potential refund.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are generally non-refundable once they have reached a certain stage of execution:
- PR Media articles once they have been submitted to news outlets.
- Digital Advertising campaigns after they have been launched on ad platforms.
- Book Publishing services once the ghostwriting or layout process has reached 50% completion.
- Event Management fees after bookings and arrangements have been finalized.
4. Partial Refunds
In cases where a project is cancelled mid-way, Smebizz may offer a partial refund. This amount will be calculated based on the percentage of the project completed and any non-recoverable costs already paid to third-party media outlets or vendors.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your order/invoice number and the reason for the request.
- Our billing department will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
6. Timeline for Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times.
